This partnership is your key to unlocking free marketing, a steady stream of new visitors, and significant additional revenue for your business.

Once we create your profile you’ll receive your QR-Code and further information and materials by post. We’ll then activate your profile on our website and app.

Both platforms pay out on the 15th of each month individually for the previous month’s activity. Urban Sports Club tracks visits via QR-code check-ins and provides downloadable credit notes in your partner tool. Wellhub payments are tailored to your service—paying per check-in for studios or by hourly rate for Personal Trainers—ensuring you’re compensated accurately for every session.

Remuneration depends on the details of your offer, such as location, size, number of courses and type of sport.

Before you submit your cooperation request via the become a partner form, you should consider how you would like your classes to be displayed on our platform. For a successful partnership, we recommend that partners with classes use booking software that integrates with Urban Sports Club. This allows you to efficiently manage your class schedule from within your own booking software. Your class schedule is automatically synchronized to your Urban Sports Club profile and is always up-to-date and visible there, without any additional effort. Urban Sports Club members can book your classes directly in their Urban Sports Club app via the integration, and you will see the bookings in your software as usual. Yes, you can become a partner without using supported booking software. However, this comes with some disadvantages that you should be aware of: Without supported booking software, your class schedule cannot be displayed in our system and cannot be booked directly by members in the app. Instead, a non-bookable "Free Training" will be stored in your profile, which members can use to check in on-site. The booking must be made directly through you, outside our system. This booking option reduces the visibility of your offering among our members and may lead to lower check-in numbers.
