Anyone can become a partner who provides a sports or wellness offer that fits in with Urban Sports Club’s offering and regularly takes place at fixed locations.
The offer is usually in the form of courses or free training, except wellness and massage.

The following offers, amongst others, are excluded: Beauty salons, laser-tech/paintball, gambling, personal training or private classes, tantric massages, workshops, racing, or activities that regularly change location.

Becoming an Urban Sports Club partner is easy. Fill out the contact form and you’ll automatically receive a contract from us. Once you’ve signed, send us your pictures, descriptions and course plans.
Once we create your profile you’ll receive your QR-Code and further information and materials by post. We’ll then activate your profile on our website and app.

Check-in takes place via QR code, which each member scans with their smartphone. The Urban Sports Club app has a built-in QR code scanner which registers the visit in our system so you can be compensated accordingly.

No, our app is intended exclusively for our members. Partners only need the QR code for check-in.

Our members check-in with the QR code we provide. This registers the visit in our system, and all visits within one calendar month are automatically transferred to the account of the partner on the 15th of the month. Invoices will be uploaded to the partner tool in the form of credit notes and can be downloaded as a PDF after payment has been received.

Remuneration depends on the details of your offer, such as location, size, number of courses and type of sport.

Before you submit your cooperation request via the become a partner form, you should consider how you would like your classes to be displayed on our platform. For a successful partnership, we recommend that partners with classes use booking software that integrates with Urban Sports Club. This allows you to efficiently manage your class schedule from within your own booking software. Your class schedule is automatically synchronized to your Urban Sports Club profile and is always up-to-date and visible there, without any additional effort. Urban Sports Club members can book your classes directly in their Urban Sports Club app via the integration, and you will see the bookings in your software as usual. Yes, you can become a partner without using supported booking software. However, this comes with some disadvantages that you should be aware of: Without supported booking software, your class schedule cannot be displayed in our system and cannot be booked directly by members in the app. Instead, a non-bookable "Free Training" will be stored in your profile, which members can use to check in on-site. The booking must be made directly through you, outside our system. This booking option reduces the visibility of your offering among our members and may lead to lower check-in numbers.
